Welcome to my website. I and my associates in Murphy-Bokern Konzepte conduct and manage research to improve the use of natural resources in agriculture.
My work draws on more than 30 years experience working in farming, research, and policy development in
Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Germany. This experience spans working within Irish farming, the development of farmer-owned research services in northern England, research within the German civil service, and leading agricultural research programmes for the UK government.
There are three strands to this work:
Developing research strategies and managing research projects
Research into the environmental and resource impacts of agricultural and food systems
Research communication and supporting research impact
My partners and associates are spread across the European Union. We publish all our work.
